Faris Jafar
Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Faris Jafar is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Jafar Management, which he founded in 2018. Prior to founding Jafar Management, he worked at multi-billion dollar global investment firms including Citadel, Millennium, Point72 and KKR.
He started his career at The Blackstone Group in 2006 as an analyst on the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring & Reorganization teams.
Mr. Jafar graduated with distinction and honors from Indiana University where he earned dual degrees from the Kelley School of Business and the College of Arts and Sciences. He majored in Finance, Psychology, Spanish, and International Studies.
Mr. Jafar holds a Series 65 license for successful completion of the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and FINRA member.
